Behind The Scenes Video Takes A Look At Practical Effects From ASH VS EVIL DEAD!

It hasn't been too long since the debut of the ASH VS EVIL DEAD and already the feedback on the series has been overwhelmingly positive. Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell must be pleased with the current situation as the Deadites are introduced to a new generation. Ash returns once again to wield his chainsaw and boomstick as he and his friends take on the Evil trying to rid the world of them once and for all.

Today we bring you a special behind-the-scenes look at some of the practical effects that were used to bring the Evil Dead back to life. Head on down below to see the video.

The cast is led by Bruce Campbell reprising his role of Ash Williams, the stock boy, aging lothario and chainsaw-handed monster hunter 30 years avoiding responsibility, maturity and the terrors of the Evil Dead. Rounding out the cast are Lucy Lawless as Ruby a mysterious figure who believes Ash is the cause of the Evil outbreaks, Ray Santiago as Pablo Simon Bolivar, an idealistic immigrant who becomes Ash’s loyal sidekick, Dana DeLorenzo as Kelly Maxwell, a moody wild child trying to outrun her past and Jill Marie Jones as Amanda Fisher, a disgraced Michigan State Trooper set to find our anti-hero Ash and prove his responsibility in the grisly murder of her partner.



ASH VS EVIL DEAD airs Saturday nights on STARZ.
