New Videos For SCREAM Season 2 Are Within!

Bringing you the best in Horror Movie News, and all things Horror.

MTV's first season of SCREAM: THE TV SERIES took the long established Horror franchise and put a new spin on things, in the process creating new and different storylines based off of the events from the films. Fans seem to be split down the middle on this new television series but one thing is for sure, Season 2 is on the way.

Not long ago we brought you the first seven minutes, as well as the official trailer for SCREAM Season 2, and now MTV has released recently recorded videos of the characters from the show offering parting words much like the Randy Meeks character did in SCREAM 3. You will find all of the videos down below.

MTV has also announced SCREAM AFTER DARK, a new talk show which will air immediately following the first episode of SCREAM THE TV SERIES. It has yet to be revealed if this will be a weekly occurrence or if it will be only a one shot deal. The first image from the after show gives us a look at guests, Willa Fitzgerald who portrays Emma Duval and John Karna who plays Noah Foster.

"SCREAM Season 2 picks up with Emma’s return to Lakewood after several months at a retreat, where she tried to recover from the horrors of last season. Everyone is walking on eggshells around her, questioning whether she has truly gotten over the Killer’s crimes. Meanwhile, Audrey is hiding her connection to the Killer, but is getting harassed by someone who knows the truth. Brooke and Jake are also keeping secrets—they are hiding a budding romance from Mayor Maddox. And, Noah is getting closer and closer to the truth about the season one murders. Lakewood’s murderous past, both recent and distant, are once again brought to focus – with this Killer’s psychotic mind-game intent on bringing Lakewood’s heroes down in a storm of betrayal and bloodshed."

Returning this season are Willa Fitzgerald, John Karna, Tom Maden, Tracy Middendorf, Amadeus Serafini, Bex Taylor-Klaus and Carlson Young. Joining them are newcomers Kiana Lede as driven overachiever Zoe; Santiago Segura as dark and brooding outsider/artist Gustavo, who is deeply into horror, serial killers, and comic books; Anthony Ruivivar as Gustavo's father Sheriff Michael Acosta; Austin Highsmith as high school psychology teacher Karen Lang; Sean Grandillo as Eli, whose squaky clean image may be hiding ulterior motives; and Karina Logue as proper, polite, self-reliant Tina Hudson.

Executive producers are Michael Gans and Richard Register (who are also the showrunners), Harvey and Bob Weinstein, Tony DiSanto, Liz Gateley, Marianne Maddalena, and Cathy Konrad. Matthew Signer and Keith Levine are producing. The late Wes Craven will still be credited as an executive producer on the series.

SCREAM THE TV SERIES Season 2 will debut on the new date of Monday May 30th.
