If you Love a good campy Horror/Comedy then you might be intersted in checking out Rachel Ward Heggen and Heidi Ervin’s upcoming slasher film titled BLACK HOLLER.

Synopsis:

"In 1989, street-smart Laquita Johnson is forced into a camping trip with a bunch of ridiculous white students on her first day at a new school. All the students make it to the woods, but very few of them make it out of Black Holler."
Jason Berg co-write the script, along with Heggen and Ervin. He also directed and served as the DoP. The two female filmmakers star in the film as well, along with J.R. Robles, Tomiko Robinson Steele, Sarah VanArsdal, Brad Edwards, Justin Tarrents, Jesse Perry and a ton of newcomers like Vivi Vendetta, Betty Williams, Nicholas Hadden and Bruce Ervin, who composed the score for the film. Chip Wilder edited the final product and Lance Allen was in charge of special FX makeup.



BLACK HOLLER debuted in 2017 in Nashville. Look for the film to be released soon.
