WHAT WE DO IN SHADOWS has grown in popularity and now that it has made the translation to TV successfully the series looks to roll on forward with more vampires with the announcement of it's second season on FX.
The second season will premiere on FX in 2020, although there are no additional details at this time. The first 10-episode season concludes on May 29th, and if you don't have FX, you can always catch up on Amazon Video or Hulu.
FX has ordered the first season of WHAT WE DO IN SHADOWS, a half-hour comedy series based on the feature film of the same name by co-creators Jemaine Clement and Taika Waititi, it was announced today by Nick Grad and Eric Schrier, Presidents of Original Programming for FX Networks and FX Productions. The 10-episode first season will air on FX in the Spring of 2019.
Set in New York City, WHAT WE DO IN SHADOWS follows three vampires who have been roommates for hundreds and hundreds of years.
Clement, Waititi and Simms are Executive Producers with Rudin, Eli Bush, and Garrett Basch.
WHAT WE DO IN SHADOWS stars Matt Berry, Kayvan Novak, Natasia Demetriou, and Harvey Guillen.
