Limited Series Adaptation Of Stephen King’s CARRIE In Development!

Get ready as Stephen King’s novel Carrie is getting yet another adaptation, but what makes this version different is the fact it’s being adapted to television as a limited series.

The series is being developed by FX in partnership with Fargo and MGM Television. The character of Carrie White has yet to be cast.

The book follows an unpopular misfit and bulled sixteen-year-old high school girl named Carrie White, who is being raised in an abusive religious household. After discovering she has telekinetic powers on the day of her prom night, she takes take her revenge on her tormentors.

The 1976 TV movie gave us a visiual of what the madnesss looked like and a 2013 version brought it into the modern day.

The project is still in early development.
