What do two of the most highly anticipated horror of 2013 have in common? They were both guaranteed to get an NC-17. Yes we hoped that would be the case, but now they have something new in common... they both got RATED! Yes, Lords of Salem and Evil Dead have both received an "R". Read on for the details...



Just in time for their trailer premiere, Rob Zombie's The Lords of Salem has secured its R rating and future t-shirt degn: "disturbing violent and sexual content, graphic nudity, language and some drug use."

The Lords arrive on April 26th.



But what about the Evil Dead? Hot off the heels of Evil Dead's Nc-17 announcement, we have received world that Evil Dead has gotten it's R rating: "Strong bloody violence and gore, some sexual content and language." See the gory tree sex when it opens April 12th.
