Blumhouse Interested In Reviving Two Major Horror Franchises!

Most of the Horror world rejoiced from the effort put into Blumhouse's HALLOWEEN. The film hit all of the marks, adding a new avenue of what if's for the future. But what if Blumhouse didn't stop there? What if the company were to breathe new life into other existing franchises?

As it turns out, Jason Blum recently spoke with Cinemablend and revealed that he is interested in bringing back SCREAM and HELLRAISER to the big screens in some form saying:

"Yes, we definitely have [discussed it]. We’re looking – there’s nothing happening with either one of those things – but we’re definitely looking at it, and it’s definitely something I’d be open to."

Either franchise would benifit from a retreatment, only time will tell. We will keep you updated as we hear more on this story.
