I need to add a remake mask to the collection; this looks like the one.

Are you guys serious????? FIRST of all.....you cannot accuse any artist of being a recaster without proof.....secondly if this is what you were lead to believe then you don't know Sam. The guy has been at it when most people in the "scene" were crapping their diapers. Look at the art he's put out over the years. His sculpts are great and dead on. How dare anyone compare Sam with Terry! Sam....it looks phenomenal; Ive been waiting to see if you'd do an RZ and its going to be a pleasure ordering a killer RZ mask without having to re-mortgage the house. Kudos to HSS!

Ahhh Myers masks. The very type of mask that got me into the hobby. Guys not sure what happened last night but for some reason Myers masks are a lighting rod for controversy and I am not sure that will ever change. With that being said we are all about having a good time here. You guys know that and I know things can get out of hand from time to time but it will not be tolerated here, it's that mple. If you have an issue with anyone that is what the PM system is for and what our mods are for. Go through those routes and if you don't like that than this isn't the forum for you.

i dont blame you at all mate. talented artists have all given up on myers and this is why. every other area of the hobby is filled with people who appreciate art. i will be looking for your next release.

Frankly Im appalled.......Sam has been in the game hardcore for decades and now a new jack and two others are going to try and smear him? this is unbelievable.

SAM...please reconder for your true fans. I will NOT buy another RZ mask in leu of what just occurred. Not only are these guys screwing with Sam; they are AIDING the suits in their war against indie artists.

I think this is one of the most rediculous things to ever happen. I am about the point where I don't want to get anymore Myers masks because of crap like this. It is amazing how people can really leave such a bad taste in peoples mouths with this kind of stuff going on. Sam I wish you would still make these but I also understand.

this is why i was shocked to hear sam was releang another myers after he said a few months ago he was done. its not worth the stress and i applaud him for putting his foot down and saying hes done!

The drama involved in doing any Myers mask really outweighs the amount of money you make on this. It's no longer fun and just stress. I don't need that shit. Thank you for your support. But I am done.

Well for what it's worth, I thought that sculpt was as close as one could get. I've seen MANY rz myers masks, but this one honestly blew me away! I don't understand how people can love it and hate it at the same time. It doesn't make any sense to me. I would have LOVED to see this sculpt finished as a mask, but I can't blame you Sam. I really can't... It's just a shame thats all...

this has nothing to do with the people involved in the thread but why does anyone go to this forum with all the crap thats there?

I can say right now, that the 3 other mask maker's that started this mess, they're sales are going to suffer for it. People now know what they are capable of when they feel threatend by someone else that comes along, and out does them. They resort to BS tactics to try and discredit people who compete with them.

They'll see.

I can say this is why me and my g/f have not gone and tried to sell some of her paintings and our other items. To many people get pissed. We wanted to get into making masks as I especially wanted to make one of Cropsy but having seen how stupid people are about this kind of thing keeps me away from it. Really ssad when people can't take anyone else selling a good or better product.

The worst part is I have latex and scuplting stuff just tting here going to waste from the bad taste so much of this has left with me.
