I'm gonna have to say either James Callis, Tahmoh Penikett, or Michael Trucco.
The last two are about the same height, I'm working on getting up to their ze in muscle mass....& all three of them had some of the hottest women on Battlestar Galactica(Especially James - he had a whole harem going!)
