Favorite Twist Ending in a Horror/Thriller/Suspense?

I just finished watching Dead lence which had an awesome Twist Ending. I was quit shocked when I saw the ending. But then I remembered back to a year and a half ago when I saw the Skeleton Key. All time favorite twist ending there. I have never seen such a spectacular twist in a movie, sheer awesome. This got me wondering what is every one else's favorite?

You cannot have this discuson without paying respect to the first and original snap ending...Psycho. The whole time you think its Norman's deranged mother doing all the killings.

I also have to put a vote in for the "6th Sense". I had no idea he was dead, that was a creepy ending, and one of the best twists by far.

Sleepaway Camp (The Ultimate) Seven High Tenon The Wicker Man Night of the Living Dead (although not really a twist, still takes you off guard) Not horror, but the original Planet of the Apes had a great ending.

I have four favorite twist endings:

Skeleton Key= I was literally shocked

The Others= astonishing, perfect suspense, perfect twist

The Orphanage= could you see that coming??? great movie

And my all time favorite and saddest= Atonement (this isn't a horror movie but has a HUGE twist, and I mean it huge) this movie was awesome by the way, see it if you haven't

The original SAW movie, HANDS DOWNI useually pride myself on seeing shit coming in films, my wife is always accung me of watching the films before she does,But, the first SAW film, Dude ... the end totaly took my by surprise, my mouth was on the floor. All the others that have followed ... well not so much

okay... imma say it. i never saw the Japanese veron but when i first saw The Uninvited I thought it was the most predictable movie ever, and stupid, then the ending happened, and i was not expecting a twist at all. I literally said, holy fuck! That is KICKASS!
