yeah I would hope not but I heard the sued over the game is why I brought it up. Not sure if it was Romero or not but somebody did. Either way I'm stoked to see the flick.

just because a movies gonna be about zombies in a mall doesn't automatically make it a rip-off. but it was pretty obvious the game tried to be like Dawn of the Dead. But there's malls everywhere, so a movie about zombies in malls can still be original if done right. now what would be a ripoff is if there's a movie where the zombies are at an uncommon place and another movie also has there zombies in that same uncommon place. but malls are as common as fat people.
