HA! I'll take the blame for this one. I meant you could only pick one genre.

Good post though.

Why, you son of a *****!!! haha... No, that was all my doing. I guess I just wasn't paying much attention when I read it.

Well, as if you didn't already know more than you wanted to... A. (not necessarily mask wearing) Slasher film would be my answer. They're just plain old-fashioned fun (Zombies are a close second).

I. Porn film.

Myers31TKD is an over achiever. Actually it's a good list thanks for posting it up and I agree with most of your movies, lol!

If I had to pick just one category I'll go with C. Psychological Horror film. I just love the whole Shinning vibe. I just can't really get scared anymore and those movies still have me on eggshells.

It's nice to see a forum with over achievers! A good zombie film takes it for me followed by a psychopath in an old fashioned slsherthon.

Good thread no matter how you answer the question.

I guess I am a bit of an overachiever. If you think I'm bad, you should see my dog...

I wish all of my screw ups were this well received.

C. Psychological Horror film

is my pick. I LOVED the first SAW movie, and of all the Exorcist films prt 3 was my absolut favorite. I know The Exorcist is more in that Demonic Film realm, BUT most of the film not demonic, or supernatural even happens. A majority of the movie is crazy mind screwing dialoge between Brad Dourif and George C. Scott. The way the Gemeni Killer (Dourif) goes into details about his kills and what have you to the detective (George C. Scott) its just enough to make the hair on the back of my neck raise. Also, Hannible (All three of the films excluding Manhunter) is a MAJOR favorite of mine. Great Character. So, yeah. Mind Fucks are my favorite breed of horror film. Zombies are a close secondfollowed by Jason (Kane Hodder)

I'm glad everyone likes the thread. Bacally I'm trying to figure out what people want so I can figure out what kind of movie to make next and even after that.

I appreciate the input.

I would definitely have to go with Slasher...

2nd runner up would be supernatural
KimmyBlanks Monday 2/22/2010 at 05:43 PM | 62112
I don't really know what category I would pick. The movies that I tend to like the most come from a lot of different categories, doesn't matter to me, as long as there is something about the characters I like or identify with,or if I think there are some good ideas or really creepy scenes in the film. I do find supernatural things interesting though, because I like researching paranormal or occult stuff.

a psychological thriller about a possessed mask wearing zombie vampwolf slasher running amok through an underwater town... Somebody please make my insanity a reality, but in all honesty.

Leviathan was where it was at, creepy underwater setting with a monster running amok. I think if the Bioshock truly brings the bang we could have almost all of these at once. More underwater mayhem please.
