ok, so a recent post on mm.net made start thinkin,

What was your first score, weather it be prop or mask, good or bad

and cheap or expenve, what was the first true score off yours?

Mine was the psycopath V1 from the prop shop

Got it a long time ago at a costume shop and just found it a couple weeks ago in the garage

Ive collected a lot of masks over the years but the one that got me serious was an awesome but hideous topstone mask...it was a screaming guy with a gash in his face; a torn eyeball hanging and a stake stuck in the head. It was ck. As time passed I cut it in 3 and stitched it back together and tweaked the paint ti my liking. That was like 2o years ago.

That was the mask that got me hooked on collecting. The pason and collecting turned heavily towards Myers masks over time and my first indie mask was a Smiths Grove RAGE.

mine was a Don Post myers mask at least as far as really starting to collect. I had bought many others through the years but that was the start of me really wanting to take real good care of them.

A vinyl alien creature mask kit back in '83. You had to make it yourself but once finished, it looks great! I wonder where it went
