hello regarding halloween 5

hey does anyone know where I can buy deleted scenes from halloween 4 and 5 and 6 and on the bonus DVD for Halloween 6 Producers cut as we look at the VHS reklamen.av halloween 5 the camera is directed at Rachel before she gets stabbed but the scene is not on the DVD. can someone explain why.

and on the front fangoria year 1988 is the picture of michael myers in halloween 4 but where he has another mask it in a movie here is a link:

anyone know where this mask is now. how many masks were made Halloween 4 and 5 and 6 what we see on the commercials is that rachel keeps the picture of jamie but she is filmed in front of it was on a VHS movie why is not it on DVD.

as i have been searching for years but to no avail, as far as i know any alternate footage of pts 4 and 5 either do not exist or have ever been leaked out
