The Last Broadcast remake? and In 3D!

Just like the so called Blair Witch remake that Stacy Hopkins was supposed to direct another unknown director is remaking the 1998 film The Last Broadcast. He had a Facebook page which I joined and what I can confirm by viewing is that 2 actors from the original film are coming back to reprise their roles. So he is remaking the film but not the way you think. He announced the film was going to be an animated horror film presented in 3D. He deleted the page sometime later and started a new one. That's all I know.
