wish me luck.......................

well my landlord was kind enough to inform me that my rent will be going up by 200 dollars (ya thats right 200 dollars) a month effective nov 1st that really puts me in a freakin jam i cant afford to stay here at that price but only gives me 6 weeks to some up with another security depot and 1st months rent and the place has to allow dogs because ill be damned if i lose my daisy, shes my best friend in the world

its just messed up really, i cant afford to stay yet i cant afford to go

everytime i think i have things figured out and are going my way something happens to mess it up and i have to start over, this is getting old REAL fast



i kind of could afford to stay here if i wanted to eat ramen noodles and never buy anything for myself ever again but with the way the economy is i may still get laid off and i definately wouldnt be able to stay let alone eat ,no way i want to pay over half of what i make just on rent alone before those pesky utilities

so im looking searching and begging for places and for help because i have to gn the renewal/vacate papers and make my decon by oct 1st and my lease is up nov 1st

damn,bisco. that's some bulls**t. i lost my place just last year too. it just plain sucks,man. im fortunate in that i was able to just go back to my parents. but,man, that just sucks ass. wish i could help man.

sounds like the landlord needs his face caved in. what the hell man, the economy sucks and people are barely scraping by as it is.

this fucking slumlord should be dragged out and shot. Its a few years ago now, but I got my rent raised by $300. Went to court, and there was NOTHING I could do. The ONLY thing I was able to get was an extenon with the SAME amount of rent without the raise, provided I used the time to find a new crib. They gave me 8 months. Might be something to look into bro.

Hope it works out man. I know how some asshole landlords are. I'm lucky enough to own my crib. Took me years to get it, but finally did.
