Behind The Mask: The Rise Of Leslie Vernon sequel???

Ok is it just me or am I the only person who thinks Behind the Mask: The Rise Of Leslie Vernon is the greatest film to come out nce the original Nightmare On Elm Street??? I fell in love with this film and character the first time I watched this movie. I think Leslie is the most original slasher nce Freddy, best mask I have seen nce Jason's hocky mask, and most original storyline nce I can remember. So you can imagine how giddy I am to hear that a sequel is in the works.....

So lets hear it people. What did you think of this movie and do you think a sequel is in order???

Behind the mask was something out of the ordinary that came out and just nailed every aspect of what it was trying to do.

They way they made it a documentary type film and tied the clasc slashers as they were real people was amazing.

What a fantastic film and I as well am psyched for the sequel, just really interested on where they are going to go with it.

I'm with you both, I love this film! The first time I saw it, right after I emailed scott glosserman and thanked him for this outrageously original movie! I am very exited to see where its gonna go!

I love the original, it is one of my all time favorite movies!

i thought the first one was pretty funny more so than being a horror movie. but,it was still a pretty cool movie. if a squel does come out, sure, ill watch it.

i dug the hell out of the original and i love that they treated michael and jason etc as all real people and real crimes that happened

heres to hoping the new one will be just as good!

I'm down for a sequel, although I thought the first one was just a lot of fun, and wasn't scary or terrifying at all.

pick a horror movie that is scary anymore

nothing that comes out actually scares me

might make my stomach turn from pure gross moments but thats it

I agree with Bisco on this one, I was desentized along time ago, I love the hell out of horror but I like the shock value of movies, thats what gets me like Martyrs, I spit on your Grave, Frontier(s) etc.

Just couldn't get into this one so naturally i would avoid a sequel.

I really liked it and have seen it a few times, but I don't rank it up there with the greats.

I'd definitely like to see a sequel though.
