Need Help Finding a Movie

There was a movie posted on here a LONG time ago. it was foreign (French Canadian if im not mistaken) about (i think) a babyter or something that is kidnapped by this family. Its named something like the house at the end of elm road or (address number) elm drive. i know it had Elm in the title as the street name.

theres one called the cellar from sweden that had an alternate title called house on a dead end road
