Sculpter Wanted

Hello everyone!!! I'm looking for someone who knows how to sculpt.

MY fiance and I's anniversary is coming up soon and her birthday. All in the same month.I'm wanting to get a special t.I started the project, but had to stop. If someone can sculpt me a Torch Head, from the Puppet Master movie series, I'd be pleased. I don't have much money, I'll let that be known right now.
