Fellow Bidites, Let your voice be heard

Hey Bidite Nation,

I'm Patrick Farmer, staff writer at HorrorBid. I'm working on content for the te for the coming months. I'm wanting to know what you all as the audience of the te want to see. I have several ideas in mind, and will be looking for feedback.

One thing i've been working on is a posble new show to be on the te. It'd be called HorrorHut, and would be a show, milar to Monstervion.

We'd use the independent films sent in to us for the features. Let me know your thoughts on a project like that.

Another thing I'm condering is original short films, something like HorrorBid Originals.

Let me know what you guys want.

Both of those ideas sound good to me! It would give me a reason for doing all of the crap I do......bedes just entertaining myself!

Haha, awesome. I already have two episodes scripted, and we could have people send in their posters for their films to have on a back wall or something. Feedback on each episode would help us understand what everyone wants.

I think thats a great idea, I agree with you Brock, i know how ya feel. Never really had the chance to share all the crap that i've done before so i think it would be fun.

yeah, and even if they are 5 minutes, we could get a bunch of shorts and that would be an episode, 4-5 shorts. With "commercial breaks" promoting independent trailers, actors, etc.

I love the idea as personally I'd love to see some of the work you guys have put into with the films and art work or whatever.

sounds great! I've got some stuff to contribute and Id be stoked to see other indie film makers offerings as well! great idea.

This may sound kind of lly

....but what about mask making, sculpting, drawing....etc tutorials? Kind of like those Saturday morning Hot Rod shows or Home Improvement Shows. Also I think it would be really cool to have a section dedicated strickly to Mask Reviews. People are ALWAYS asking "what is the best H1, or cheapest H2 or does anyone own the Nightowl Whatever. That would be so cool to se something like that hosted weekly or?? If these are already in existance.....then I'm lame....sorryThanks for asking our thoughts!!!!!Nick

Sorry...in regards to my above post...you could even have guest people like JC or whoever come on and show noobs how to get started in converting or mask making or whatever.

I like that idea! I'm not savvy in that area though, but for those who all we could def. see about maybe have them film themselves and have it be like a segment on the show, good idea!

As for hosts, do you want two males, or a guy and a girl?

I'd love to have 2 girls....oh wait you mean for the show???A guy and a girl would be a cool idea for hosts.

Yeah I think it might be nice to have a guy and a girl. A girlmight shake it up a bit. She doesn't have to be a drop dead, gorgeous scream queen. It just might be nice to have some varitey for a change. We don't see many women that are serious about Masks and Collecting.

Def! Going to look into the featured video like before we start playing the film, in the intro of the show, from mask making to compong F/X, it's endless!
