Still a Chance for LEATHERFACE 3D?

Well, it does in fact look like there might still be a chance for LEATHERFACE 3D. Lionsgate is reportedly talking with John Luessenhop (TAKERS and a couple of other things you've never heard of) to helm the relaunch of the TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE series.

LEATHERFACE 3D last popped up in October of 2010 when script duties were handed over to Adam Marcus and Debra Sullivan. Before them, Stephen Succo had taken a shot. Twisted Pictures' very own Mark Bug has said that this next installment will pick up where we left off roughly 3 decades after the original Tobe Hooper film.

Leatherface 3D last made Shock news in October 2010 when we learned Adam Marcus and Debra Sullivan were taking over script duties. Before they were brought aboard, Stephen Susco took a crack at the story which Twisted Pictures' Mark Burg told us picked up three decades after Tobe Hooper's film.
