Crystal Lake Survivor Adrienne King Confirms New Project
Adrienne King (Friday the 13th and Friday the 13th Part 2) spoke with Rob Delamorte last night on his podcast Delamorte’s Dungeon of Deadly Delights
(CLICK HERE) ) about her career and what’s in store for Jason Voorhees fans in the future.The story first broke after Patrick Dobson posted a teaser poster on Amy Steel’s (Friday the 13th Part 2, April Fool’s Day) for a new film called Friday the 13th: Retribution and was reported about right here on HorrorBid.
Dobson is the administrator for King’s and Steel’s Facebook pages.
He explained to fans that this is indeed a script he is working on to star Adrienne King, Amy Steel and Lar Park Lincoln (Friday the 13th Part VII: A New Blood).
King is the first person attached to the project to speak out.
Last night on Delamorte’s podcast after being asked for more details she said, “It’s more than a rumor.
There is definitely a treatment.
I know Amy and Lar would love to do it.
I would too.
It’s obviously up to Sean (Cunningham) to green light it.
We’re going to have a little soirée when we’re all in Baltimore and see what happens.”
She went on to say, “I think that they're really misng something if they don’t do it, because there is an audience for that.”
