'PLAYBACK' Can Also Be A Bitch. Details Start To Emerge

An independent horror thriller, written and directed by Michael A. Nickles, is about to debut.

Bennett Robbins Productions has now officially completed post-production of their latest feature entitled, Playback.And to celebrate they launched their new webte today to promote the movie.

Plot Synops:

While digging into their town’s infamous past, a group of high school students unwittingly unlock an even darker secret. Now, an evil spirit has been awakened to possess and destroy its victims through video playback, stopping at nothing to find his true heir.



Playback, which is inspired by the true events of French inventor Louis Le Prince, features Christian Slater (“Heathers,” “True Romance”) and stars Toby Hemingway (“Black Swan,” “The Covenant,”), Johnny Pacar (“Love Hurts”), Ambyr Childers ( “Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star”), Jonathan Keltz (“Entourage”), Alessandra Torresani, and Jennifer Missoni.

Hopefully a trailer of some sorts will surface soon, giving us a better idea of what's to be expected.
