J.T. Petty Wants You To Raise Hell for "Hellbenders"

Not gonna lie, this is the first that i've ever heard of this project or the name J.T. Petty at all, however i found this to be very exciting and very cool news to share with you fellow genre fanatics who may or may not be looking to see their work attached to a major 3D motion picture event. Read on for details.

Bacally, horror filmmaker J.T. Petty and Circle of Confuon (The Walking Dead) have invited fans and aspiring film makers to submit home made footage exhibiting gruesome, freakishly real posseson or exorcism footage to be their upcoming film "Hellbenders".Here's what J.T. and his team are looking for: --2-4 minutes of footage that looks home-made, security camera footage, cell phone footage, etc. --The more R-rated, the better! --Make us jump, cringe, phycally react! Lotsa phycal action, lotsa violence! --Demons that are somewhere between Evil Dead and Martyrs. --You can show the exorcist, but it's not necessary. It's all about the posseson!

Video entry's must be entered by Monday, June 27th and the winners will be announced Friday, July 1st. Note that winning parties will be required to gn a license agreement.

Hellbenders, which stars Clifton Collins, Clancy Brown and Dan Fogler, takes place in modern-day New York, where a team of holy men (consting of ministers and priests) battle the forces of evil.
