What We Missed - The Week In Review For 6/13-6/19

Through the course of the week there are a lot of stories that roll our way. And it's our job to ft through all the BS and report on what we think are the most important at that juncture in time. So one day we were brainstorming and we thought that it would be cool if we could compile a list of all those little tidbits that appear weekly, and present them to you in one giant horror filled catalog. So without further adieu, here's "What We Missed" for the week of June 13th - 19th. Enjoy!!



The teaser one-sheet for Juan Martinez Moreno's Game of Werewolves aka Lobos de Arga debuted internationally.



The debut trailer for the Argentinean shock-horror mockumentary They Can't Scream was released as a little teaser.





Korean horror flick, The Cat, dug it's claws into this trailer which appeared this past week.



Voltage Pictures released some early artwork for director Marcus Nispel's latest horror flick Backmask.



Dark Sky Films is set to release the Philippe horror flick Machete Maidens Unleashed on July 26, 2011



Creature degner Neville Page talked Prometheus with MTV earlier in the week.

"My approach is nervous," he said with a smile during the interview. "I approach Ridley with great nervous energy because it is such an undertaking.

A Horrible Way to Die, is arriving to DVD and Blu-ray this September. Check out the new artwork which debuted this past week.



IFC Films acquired the North American rights to distribute Guillem Morales' latest flick Julia's Eyes, and it will open theatrically this coming August. Also look for a DVD and VOD release to arrive shortly after that.
