MTV's MY SUPER PSYCHO SWEET 16 Part 3 Gets Greenlit

In 2009 MTV aired a straight to TV 90 minute slasher film entitled MY SUPER PSYCHO SWEET 16 which hit big with the MTV audience premiering just a week before Halloween. The next year they made a sequel entitled MY SUPER PSYCHO SWEET 16 PART 2 that also struck gold with MTV audiences. As of this morning, MTV has announced through their official Facebook page that they are making a third installment in the franchise. No word wether or not the release date will be this October, but according to an image on their facebook page, the script is finished and probably being shot. Writers Jed Elinoff and Scott Thomas have both returned to write it. But as far as we know the quote below is all the information that is concrete.

"Hey Super Psycho Fans! Wanted to share some exciting news you. Scott Thomas and Jed Elinoff are writing the third installment to the 'My Super Psycho Sweet 16' trilogy and it's going to be the bloodiest, craziest, most intense party Skye has ever attended! If you want to know WTF is going on, keep checking back for further updates!"
