SUBSPECIES: 20th Anniversary Edition Is Heading To Blu-ray

Yipee! Yipee! Yipee! The Cheese Is Back!!! Yes it's really, really true!! The 20th Anniversary Edition of Subspecies will be available on both in Blu-Ray and DVD! First copies will "premiere" at San Diego Comic Convention on July 20th and will then be available only at Fullmoondirect.com on Monday July 25th! The quality of this new transfer should be really superb!!!

Full Moon has not confirmed a full list of technical and supplemental specifications for this 20th Anniversary Edition Blu-ray of the film, but the studio has announced the incluon of the First Subspecies: Videozone feature. Nice!

Man, I haven't thought about this movie in years.

I've only seen it once, and that was way back in '91 on HBO.

My brother and I happened to be changing channels and caught it as it was coming on.

Pretty good movie from what I remember.

I know there's several sequels also, but I've never watched them.

I remember seeing the box art of the sequels at a Blockbuster when I was a kid.

I always thought about renting them, but whatever.

I'll probably pick this up.

Are you kidding me?!?! Charles Band is putting Subspecies on Blu-Ray but he still hasn't put either Ghost Town (1988) or TerrorVion (1986) on DVD?!?! Come on, Band, this is ridiculous.
