First subtitled trailer for Thailand ghost story LADDA LAND

Ladda Land, also known as The Lost Land, is a Thailand horror film, about a family that moves into a new home and starts to experience paranormal activity. Written and directed by Sopon Sukdapit, the same man that wrote Shutter for us. Ladda Land comes out in china on April 28th, so we finally can see a subtitled trailer .
