The Collection (The Collector Sequel)

In 2009 we were introduced to The Collector

and for those of you who saw the film it pretty much left itself wide open for a sequel. Well guess what! The sequel titled The Collection is filming! Although there is no set release date other than 2011 as stated on IMDB I cannot wait to see this movie!

Here is a summary brought to you by IMDB... "Arkin escapes with his life from the vicious grips of "The Collector" during an entrapment party where he adds beautiful Elena to his "Collection." Instead of recovering from the trauma, Arkin is suddenly abducted from the hospital by mercenaries hired by Elena's wealthy father. Arkin is blackmailed to team up with the mercenaries and track down The Collector's booby trapped warehouse and save Elena."

Personally I found the first movie to be very interesting and thrilling... except for the cat part :C

I'm waiting for some new news on this as well, such as a definitive release date. They started shooting way back in January, so they should be wrapping things up soon.

I'm with you there...I can't wait for the sequel.
