Final Destination (A closer look at death's inspiration)

When watching the Final Destination movies I can't help but think "How did they come up with these death!?" So I decided to take a closer look and try to guess how they think of these deaths.

After watching the Final Destination 5 I couldn't help but notice milarities with 1000 Ways to Die deaths and Final Destination deaths. In some way I think one or the other was inspired by the other with the deaths. It could be the fact that most deaths on 1000 Ways to Die happen to be some what coincidental like in the Final Destination series.

However I did notice some of the deaths in the series have to do with current popular trends or recent events in the news like 3D movies, the news of pool drains drowning people, and tanning beds.

What ever inspires the deaths for the movies its genius and very enjoyable!
