I Warned You Not To Go Out Tonight: MANIAC Remake Is On The Way
Well it ckens me to say this, but another clasc slasher film from the 80s is returning in the form of a remake. According to Bloody-Disgusting, William Lustig's slasher cult clasc Maniac is being brought back and Alexandre Aja and his producing/writing partner Gregory Levasseur have already written the screenplay and will likely produce the film. Director Franck Khalfoun is slated to be at the helm.
Oh, the late great Joe Spinell must be rolling around in his grave!

Wow this is gross another GREAT HORROR MOVIE REMADE. There should be a law that you can't remake great slasher films didn't we learn from nightmare on elm st By far the worst remake yet.

i remember when i first saw maniac i felt someone has shot me in the face and i couldnt speak for an hour or so, now imma see the trailers for this unnecessary remake and wish i had gun to do myself in.
