'The Walking Dead' Unleashes It's Zombie Drama With A 90-Minute Premiere For Season Two
Much like last year, AMC is offering viewers an extended premiere episode of The Walking Dead this season when it returns this October.
Look for the sophomore season to kick off the two-weeklong Fearfest with a 90-minute episode on Sunday, Oct. 16 at 9 p.m. An international premiere will then be aired following the U.S. showing.
Following weeks will see x more episodes air on the AMC channel. But unlike the first season, which only featured x episodes, AMC will unleash the second half of the season to be aired later next year. Look for these final x episodes of the season to begin their air play on Sunday, Feb. 12 at 9 p.m.
An all new unscripted series Secret Stash, executive produced by Kevin Smith, Charlie Corwin and Elyse Seiden will air in conjunction with The Walking Dead in 2012.
AMC is also toying around with the concept of a talk show, hosted by Chris Hardwick which would essentially revolve around its scripted slate.
