GF cant remember the name of a movie .. HELP!

my girlfriend wants to track down and watch a movie she saw as a child and im not sure ive even heard of it... she says the movie is about a small demon that grants wishes.... the demon she says looks something milar to the little creatures from subspecies or the gate

and no the movie shes looking for is not "sorority babes in the slimeball-o-rama
