Thomas Haden Church In Talks With Slash To Star in Slasher Films 'Nothing To Fear'

Slasher Films, the horror label launched by Michael Williams, Rob Eric and former Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash is currently in talks with Thomas Haden Church (Spiderman 3, Easy A) to star in the recently greenlit film Nothing to Fear with Anthony Leonardi set to direct. Leonardi will be making his directing debut from a script written by Jonathan W.C. Mills.



The film focuses on a family's journey toward a better life, and how it is undone by a charismatic but unbalanced man of the cloth (Church). "Our mison at Slasher Films has been to create genre films that defy the genre stereotypes," Slash said. "The team of Anthony and Thomas elevate an already frightening story with a unique vion and powerful artistry."

Shooting for the film which is based on an actual town purported to be one of the seven gateways to hell will begin in late October in Louiana.
