Magnet Acquires Ti West's Ghost Story 'The Innkeepers' For Distro

If your a big fan of Ti West's 2009 sleeper hit

The House of the Devil, then your probably as excited as we are to learn that the filmmakers latest flick The Innkeepers has finally been picked up for distribution!! The Innkeepers was inspired by "unnerving experiences" that West and his crew experienced while they were shooting The House of the Devil back in 2009.



Magnet Releang plans to release

The Innkeepers on all digital VOD platforms on December 30th as part of its Ultra VOD program. A theatrical release will then be launched in major markets in early February 2012.

Plot Synops:

The movie stars Sara Paxton (Shark Night 3D) and Pat Healy (Dirty Girl) as employees of a New England inn, with a haunted house legacy, that is clong after a century of service. As odd guests check-in in the waning days, the duo attempt to uncover proof the hotel is indeed haunted and get more than they bargained for. Kelly McGillis also stars in the movie.
