'Saw' Cinematographer To Bring Horror Comic 'Crawl To Me' To The Big Screen

We just learned that the recently published IDW comic Crawl to Me will be the latest comic book adaption to make it's way onto the big screen, so run to the nearest comic book store and see if you can snag a copy.



According to Variety, David A. Armstrong, cinematographer for the Saw franchise, is attached to direct the "live-action" adaptation of the comic which centers around a young family as they try to cope with a series of disturbing events that force them to question their relationship, their faith and their very existence. The comic is said to take place in an isolated country town during the frigid winter months.

Alan Robert, the author of 'Crawl' along with Jeff Mazzola and Chris White will serve as the producers of the project. Currently the trio are seeking a writer to adapt the comic.

Comic book fans have been having trouble finding the first printing of "Crawl to Me" which sold out within a week of its release. A second presng is expected to hit the local comic book scene.
