While many American films struggle to do the same thing over and over again, this film forges new ground and does a fantastic job of making you as uncomfortable as posble.

Plot Synops: A mad scientist kidnaps and mutilates a trio of tourists in order to reassemble them into a new "pet"-- a human centipede, something that is more horrible than any of them can imagine.
