Meet The Phantom & Metaluna Mutant, The Latest Additions To DST's Universal Monsters Line

If you look up the word awesome in the dictionary, I'm pretty sure you'll see a picture of DST's latest additions to their Universal Monsters figure line which features 2 brand new sculpts from their upcoming set, that can be conveniently seen below.

DST continues their hit Universal Monsters line with two of the newest additions to the Monster family.



The first addition is the extra-terrestrial terror known as the The Metaluna Mutant. From the 1955 film This Island Earth, this fully articulated,and highly detailed figure stands 7 inches tall, and comes with the interocitor device from the film, which is excluve to this veron. Whether you're a fan of the original film or the Mystery Science Theater 3000 takedown, this toy is a must-have! The Mutant and interocitor come in overzed collector packaging, and are only available on the specialty market! Look for it to be released in September 2012.



Next up is the from one of the oldest Universal Monsters films! From the 1923 veron of The Phantom of the Opera comes Lon Chaney as the Phantom! Standing 7 inches tall and fully articulated, the Phantom comes with his organ accessory, which is excluve to this veron. It's like a piece of movie history you can put on your shelf! The Phantom and his organ come in overzed collector packaging, and are only available on the specialty market! Look for it to also be released in September 2012.

Both pieces are a Diamond Select Release which are sculpted by the legendary Jean St. Jean!
