Quaratine 2?

Anyone here seen Quaratine 2? or the REC movies? I loved the 1st quaratine and heard the 2nd got mostly potive reviews and was wondering if its actually worth my time or if its one of those movies someone was like hey lets make a sequal just to make money kinda deals... Also are the spainish Rec movies any good too? id like to get my hands on the them if i could... let me know what yall think pls

i loved quarantine 2.=) just so you know this one is just

a sequel to quarantine and not a remake to rec 2. the second quarantine provides a different reason for the virus than in rec. you should really check it out. =)
