Apparently The Demon Blood Will Flow Darker In The Evil Dead Reboot

Who's up for a brand new behind-the-scenes still from the upcoming Evil Dead remake? Ok, so it's not ground-breaking or even buzz worthy but nonetheless it's something - right?



Fede Alvarez, the film's director, is responble for supplying us with the above image which clearly displays a large zed container of "darker" demon blood -- let's just hope that he isn't stingy when it comes to spilling it on set!

In the remake, "Five twenty-something friends become holed up in a remote cabin where they discover a Book of the Dead and unwittingly summon up dormant demons living in the nearby woods, which possess the youngsters in succeson until only one is left intact to fight for survival."Sam Raimi (original Evil Dead, Darkman, Drag Me to Hell), Rob Tapert (30 Days of Night) and Bruce Campbell will all serve as producers of the highly-anticipated film which boasts a core cast of young, fresh talent which includes Jane Levy ("Suburgatory") as Mia; Shiloh Fernandez (Deadgirl, Red Riding Hood) as David; Lou Taylor Pucci (Carriers) as Eric; Jesca Lucas (Cloverfield) as Olivia, and Elizabeth Blackmore (Legend of the Seeker) as Natalie.
