Another Scribe on Board for Twilight Zone Update
Twilight Zone fans awating the newest big screen update of the clasc series may have to wait just a little bit longer. The script is undergoing yet another makeover, this time at the hands of relative newcomer Joby Harold, if negotiations go as planned.
Harold is perhaps best known as the writer behind the 2007 thriller "Awake", which starred Jesca Alba and Hayden Christensen. The film, which featured a mystery unfolding around a man conscious yet immobilized during surgery, is generally condered to have been a decently arranged premise, if poorly edited, leading to a lukewarm reception.
Harold would be the third writer to take pen to "The Twilight Zone", behind original scribe Jason Rothenberg and Anthony Peckham of "Sherlock Holmes" fame, who was brought in to restructure Rothenberg's script.
Harold has also worked on upcoming scifi thriller "All You Need is Kill", which will purportedly star Tom Cruise and Emily
Blunt.
At present, there is no shooting date for "The Twilight Zone".
