looking to name this movie forever ..please help!!

movie starts daughter of faculities operater wake up from dream couch (she does not know the facilities operater is her father) she comes to understandd she is living in a horrific dream world under ground and her father runs this hellish world in one scene someone perhaps her boyfriend is ground up in a machine to a bloody pulp in perhaps one of the most gory movies ive ever remember seeing. we don, t know if the real world has been destroyed up top still or not. it, s a great movie probably vhs only afrom abot 25-30 years ago. can you help have been looking for this flick for 15 years off and on a great gory scary film if you can help please email me at collectorspalace1@hotmail.com
