$32,106,376 domestically, which may be the key reason why the $100,000,000 budgeted film is hitting Blu-ray rather quickly.

The consensus reads that the film "has visual style to spare, but its overly serious tone doesn't jibe with its decidedly lly central premise, leaving filmgoers with an unfulfilling blend of clashing ingredients."
