think i finally decided on a costume...

hey guys,

i think i have finally decided on a costume for halloween this year. I had planned on entering the Horrorbid costume contest, but after seeing all the entries, decided to pass. But, I still needed a costume for the big night so i started trying things on.

These were of the posbilities...





and here is the winner. I have a set of acrylic claws that i will be wearing on my fingernails as well as adding some hair into the cuffs of the shirt and tinting my hands brown....and of course putting a bit of makeup around my eyes...

They are all great but I have to go with this one, you put that in a movie and I will watch it. I love that mask hood combo!

thanks for the comments justin, but i can only wear that undermask for 5 minutes tops without going down for the count. The undermask is skin tight and it pushes on my jaw so tightly that it causes my jaw muscles to cramp up horribly......

is it made from thick fiberglass by chance? I think I have seen one of those at a convention and it was really tight. Well it sure looks great but I am with ya, it is all about comfort on all hallow's eve.

I sure as hell wouldn't want to meet any of those 3 in a dark alley, LOL!

The over mask is a completely separate mask from the burned face undermask. I could technically wear them separately.

I paid i think 40 for the both of them on ebay. I have seen the same guy sell the "hock" on ebay for like 25 bucks...its made of high impact plastic....best money i spent in awhile...

yeah if the guy is still selling them send me a link! I have to have them both. Hey you still need to enter these into the contest by the way. There are some great ones up but you never know the way the wind will turn. You have my vote that is for sure!

i am going to have to agree with boo on this one. if you made a horror movie and the guy was dressed like the top photo it would be bad ass. it looks like he has been through a fire i am guesng. they are all very great but i too like the first one.
