The Synopsis For The First Episode Of 'American Horror Story: Asylum' Has Been Revealed!
As October vastly approaches this year, MANY treats await us horror hounds. One of which happens to be the premier of FX's American Horror Story: Asylum. With that being said, the powers that be at FX have finally released the synops for the premiere episode, "Welcome to Briarcliff," and we have the full details waiting to be read below.
Episode 2.01 – “Welcome to Briarcliff” (airs October 17th, 10:00 pm e/p)
Welcome to Briarcliff Manor, a notorious insane asylum which is home to the deranged serial killer Bloody Face. Lurking in the shadows of this “sanctuary of healing” are terrifying evils that blur the boundaries between reality and insanity. Written by Tim Minear; directed by Bradley Buecker.
The returning cast members for "American Horror Story:Asylum" include Jesca Lange, Zachary Quinto, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Lily Rabe, and Frances Conroy, who are joined by newcomers Adam Levine, Jenna Dewan, Clea DuVall, James Cromwell, Franka Potente, Mark Consuelos, Lizzie Brochere, Joseph Fiennes, and Chloë Sevigny.
