Scribe Simon Barrett Shares A Piece Of The Alternate Ending For 'V/H/S'

As the kick-ass horror anthology V/H/S continues to thrive On Demand, scribe mon Barrett, who penned both the main story arc and Joe Swanberg’s segment

“The Strange Thing That Happened to Emily When She Was Younger,” revealed some rather interesting news on Twitter today regarding the film.

"For your confuon/indifference," tweeted Barrett "here is a still image from a deleted scene we shot for V/H/S. It will NOT be on the DVD, etc. The photo looks cool, but the scene ultimately didn’t fit the film.”



Hopefully one day this scene will see the light of day.

Segment directors for the film include Adam Wingard (You're Next, A Horrible Way to Die), Ti West (The House of the Devil, The Roost, The Innkeepers), David Bruckner (The gnal), Joe Swanberg (lver Bullets), Glenn McQuaid (I Sell the Dead), along with Radio lence, two of whom were part of the YouTube sensations known as Chad, Matt and Rob (Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Chad Villella).

Look for the film to receive a limited theatrical release on October, 5th.
