With Toby Wilkins' SPLINTER arriving in theaters this Friday, it only makes sense to start promoting the directors next film, The Grudge 3, which follows a young Japanese woman holds a secret to ending the curse of the Grudge. She travels to a haunted Chicago apartment building where she encounters a family battling to survive the ghosts. Together they confront the ghost of Kayako to save their souls from their impending tragic fate. You can check out the trailer beyond the break. SAW fav Shawnee Smith stars alongde Matthew Knight, Beau Mirchoff and Johanna E. Braddy. The DVD is slated tentatively for a March '09 release

The other 2 movies not even scare me.

I don't like too much this japanese movies...

Looks exactly like the other too not a fan of these movies at all.....

My g/f and her roommates were scared of these movies.

I laughed while they screamed.

So, i guess to the non horror movie watchers it could be scary.

I see the same thing in my friends when we're watching movies on the weekends. Some really jump on the couch and the chicks go down the sheets... dahhh...
