New Maniac UK Quad Poster Is Surrounded By Mannequins

With the release of Franck Khalfoun's Maniac

still not set here in the states, our friends across the pond will be able to dig into the remake on March 15th. And to help celebrate the soon-to-be arrival, a brand new quad poster has hit the scene featuring some crazy visuals. Check it out below:
