Greece, 1910. A web of jealousy, intrigue, mystery, deceit, murder and finally escape leads us to a dramatic climax, in which love endures beyond the grave.
"The Case of Mary Ford" with Branko Tomovic (Entity, Murkwood), Tamar Karabetyan (Nina Forever), Yannis Stankoglou (Hostage) and Dimitra Hatoupi (The Third Night) by award winning director Ben Mole has just been completed and is starting the international festival circuit now. The eerie and atmospheric vampire drama is based on the mythology about a fisherman who got lost at sea and comes back as a Vrykolakas – a sea vampire. Were you a fan of supernatural horror before getting involved with "Entity" and "The Case of Mary Ford"?Absolutely, I am a huge genre fan. My ster made me watch 'Poltergeist' when I was about 10 and it stayed with me ever nce. Zelda Rubinstein's voice has been resonating in my head ever nce! I am not easy to scare so I like that kick that you get from a good horror film, anything that can raise my low blood pressure! And I especially love ghost stories - 'The Others' and "The Orphanage' are one of my favourites.
