THE WALKING DEAD Season 4 has now come to an end. The season finale set a new finale record with an impressive 15.7 million viewers. Fans have a long wait ahead of them until the show returns in October. The filming process for the new season has not begun, so it will be a while before we are able to get our first taste of what at what Season 5 will look like. However a new video has surfaced which is very interesting indeed, as the cast and crew wrap up Season 4 and discuss what viewers can look forward to in Season 5. Plus the news of three WALKING DEAD cast members being bumped up to series regulars awaits you below.
One of those three that was promoted is Andrew J. West, who portrays the Terminus leader Gareth. Joining him at series regular status will be Alanna Masterson who plays Tara and Christian Serratos who plays Rosita. That basically implies that these three will have much more important roles from now on. This however does not mean that they are exempt from dying.
Scott Gimple will be returning as the showrunner for the upcoming 16 episode Season 5. It is expected that the first look of the new season will come in July, as that is when Comic-Con takes place.
